Before the surgeon starts, the anaesthetist will administer general anaesthetic or sedative. 

To complete a full abdominoplasty, the surgeon will make incisions around the belly button and along the bikini line. The lax skin is then removed, with skin tightening and muscle repair completed if necessary. Finally, the belly button may be repositioned to create a natural-looking finish, and all incisions are closed using sutures. 

Fat Transfer
