Male Liposuction Cost in the UK: Is It Worth It?

Male Liposuction Cost Uk

For many men in the UK, the cost of male liposuction is outweighed by the significant changes it can bring to the contour of the physique. Most of our male patients find it is worth it to pursue liposuction as it can remove stubborn deposits of unwanted fat cells that are otherwise resistant to both diet and lifestyle changes.

This article will explore male liposuction in the UK and discuss some of the many variables that influence the price of the cosmetic procedure.

The CREO Clinic’s Medical Director, Dr. Omar Tillo, is an expert in body contouring procedures such as male liposuction. He has performed countless successful liposuction procedures for men throughout his career, so you can feel confident you are in the hands of a highly experienced practitioner – one who can provide the very highest quality outcomes.

How Much Does Liposuction Cost in the UK?

At the CREO Clinic, there is no difference in price between liposuction for men or women.  The cost of liposuction begins from £3,900, with prices varying depending on the number and size of areas you wish to treat.

360 Lipo, which removes pockets of fat from four sections of the body, begins from £8,500. 360 Lipo is our most popular liposuction surgery for both men and women, often preferred for its ability to transform the overall appearance of the torso, treating four areas: the lower abdomen, upper abdomen, lower flanks and upper flanks – all in one procedure.

Another liposuction treatment very popular with men is abdominal etching, or HD liposuction, which uses a unique liposuction technique to create deep contour and definition around the rectus abdominis – the muscles that run down the abdomen and are often referred to as a ‘six-pack’. This can be added as a complement to any liposuction surgery for an additional £1,500 per area.

All procedures at the CREO Clinic are bespoke to your needs, which means full cost breakdown for your procedure will only be available after your first consultation with Dr. Tillo.

  • Surgeon’s & Nurses’ fees
  • Anaesthetic fees and anaesthetic (where applicable)
  • Hospital fees
  • Compression garments

Certain fees such as chaperone services, lymphatic drainage massage and private prescriptions are not covered by the quoted fee.

Factors Affecting Male Liposuction Costs

Number of Areas for Liposuction

One of the most important factors contributing to male liposuction prices is the number of areas you choose to treat. In short, the more areas you treat with surgical procedures, the higher the cost will be – this is because more areas require more time in the theatre and with the surgical team.

At the CREO Clinic, prices rise in increments based on the size and number of areas, as shown below:

Number of AreasPrice
One small area (chin/neck)£3,900
One area£4,500
Two areas£5,900
Three areas£7,900
Four areas (360 Lipo)£8,500
Five areas£9,500
Six areas£10,500

Size of Area(s) Receiving Liposuction

The size of the areas you are treating with liposuction surgery can also contribute to price. For example, at the CREO Clinic the cost of one small area (e.g. the chin or neck) will be different to the price of one large area (e.g. the chest or abdomen) – this is because larger areas require more time in surgery. Aside from this step up in price from small areas to large areas, our pricing rises in consistent increments with every large area added to your treatment.

Level of Definition

The level of definition required by the patient will influence the overall cost of your male liposuction. For example, high definition liposuction, including abdominal etching, is a form of liposuction surgery that fine tunes the deeper contours and definition around the muscles of the treated area.

This more defined liposuction treatment usually requires specialist tools, takes longer to perform, and can only be performed by a few surgeons with the correct training and experience. These higher demands can contribute to raising  liposuction costs.

Type of Liposuction

The CREO Clinic offers three alternatives to traditional liposuction: BodyTite (radiofrequency assisted liposuction), Vaser liposuction(ultrasound assisted liposuction), PAL (power assisted liposuction), and Renuvion (J-plasma assisted liposuction) Each method of liposuction can provide different benefits and may require more or less work on the part of the surgeon or time in surgery.

As such, the type of liposuction surgery used in your case will influence the quoted price after your initial consultation.

Surgeon Experience

A key contributor to price in male liposuction is the experience and reputation of your liposuction surgeons. You can expect to pay a higher price for surgeons with a great deal of proven experience in body contouring and cosmetic surgery procedures that sculpt the male physique.

Dr. Tillo is a double board-certified surgeon and expert in the field of male body contouring. His experience and skill with multiple liposuction methods allow him to make artful adjustments to the physique, removing unwanted body fat and providing long lasting aesthetic change.

Financing a Liposuction Procedure

Deciding how to finance a liposuction procedure is an important part of your planning. Should you wish to spread the cost of your male liposuction over multiple instalments, our financing partner, Chrysalis Finance, provides an array of useful financing options.

Is Liposuction Worth it for Men?

Absolutely. We at the CREO Clinic have found that male patients benefit enormously from targeted liposuction, and that the long-term changes to the physique can provide a boost in confidence. For many, male fat removal surgery is a worthwhile endeavour because its effects are both permanent and significant, enhancing the contour of the body in ways that lifestyle changes often can’t.
