Welcome to Creo Clinic. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to these terms.

1. Consultations & Follow-ups

Consultation Fees:

  • Consultation Fees:
    • Consultation with a doctor: £100
    • Consultation with a nurse: £50
  • All consultations are paid upon booking, non-refundable, and may be deducted from your treatment with us.
  • Follow-up appointments (If needed) are free of charge.
  • Pets are not allowed in our medical facility. Please note that your appointment will likely be rescheduled if you bring pets. 
  • Please avoid bringing children to appointments to ensure you can focus on your care. 

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy for consultations, follow-ups, and treatments. For Monday appointments, the cancellation period is 72 hours (notify us by the previous Friday).
  • Refer to clause 7 and our patient agreement for details on surgical cancellations.

2. Payments

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • All Credit cards are accepted
    • Bank transfers (If paid 24 hours in advance)
    • Cash payments (please liaise with our team before arrival)
  • Non-Surgical Treatments: Payments can be made on the day of treatment.
  • Packages for non-surgical treatments: For sessions of 3 treatments or more, payments can be spread as follows:
    • 50% upon the first treatment
    • 25% upon the second treatment
    • 25% upon the third treatment
  • Surgical Procedures: Full payment must be made 3 weeks before the procedure date, or your surgery might be cancelled.

3. Deposits

  • If you plan to have multiple treatments with us, a deposit must remain on your account.
  • The deposit fee is your consultation fee and will be deducted from your treatment only when you confirm it is your last treatment with us.
  • Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not comply with our cancellation policy.
  • To book a surgery date, a deposit of £1,500 is required (see surgery cancellation in clause 7).

4. Financing

  • We work with an external financing company to offer longer payment periods. Please contact our patient advisors for more information and to check if your treatment or procedure can be financed.

5. Late Appointments

  • We cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, in which case the cancellation policy will apply.

6. Refunds

  • We refund consultations, follow-ups and treatments within the cancellation policy.
  • We do not refund treatments or procedures after they have been received.
  • We do not refund packages if one or more treatments have already been completed.
  • Skincare or other consumables can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in resalable condition.

7. Surgical Cancellations & Refunds

If the patient decides to cancel the Procedure Date, a fee will be payable based on the notice provided:

  • More than 28-day notice: No cancellation fees and a full refund available
  • 14-28 day notice: £1,500 (Deposit)
  • 2-14 days: Minimum of £1,500 or 75% of treatment cost, whichever is greater
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of treatment cost

*Cancellations made by the surgeon or anaesthetist due to any medical information withheld by the patient will be subject to the fees outlined above. Cancellations made due to a clinical reason not known by the patient will not incur any cancellation fee. Please refer to your patient agreement for full details.
