Mummy Makeover Cost UK

Mummy Makeover is a term that refers to a series of procedures that are intended to help women regain their pre-pregnancy bodies. Getting these procedures performed in one session is more cost-effective for the patient. In this article, we’ll provide you with a breakdown of the cost of a mummy makeover in the UK.

How Much is a Mummy Makeover?

The price of a mummy makeover at the CREO Clinic can vary between £16,900 – £19,900. This price is for the typical mummy makeover combination, which consists of a tummy tuck, breast augmentation (or breast lift), and liposuction. However, each of these surgeries are highly bespoke procedures.

For instance, the price can depend on the type of tummy tuck, method of breast augmentation, and number and size of liposuction treatment areas that make up your treatment. Therefore, you will first need to attend a consultation to discuss your bespoke treatment plan with our plastic surgeon before we can determine the exact cost of your mummy makeover.

What’s Included in the Price?

The final price of your surgery will include everything from the cost of the surgeon and nurses’ fees, the anaesthetics, use of a CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered surgical facility, dressings and compression garments, and follow-up visits to assess your recovery and results.

Additional Mummy Makeover Costs

You will need to cover the cost of any tests and scans that may be required before the surgery and any prescribed pain medication for your recovery. If you wish, we can also arrange a chaperone service and lymphatic drainage massages for an additional cost. Additionally, you will be priced separately if you require a revision procedure or want to tweak the results of your mummy makeover with additional treatments.

Common Procedure Included in a Mummy Makeover

A tummy tuck is often included in a mummy makeover, as many women are left with sagging skin and diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles) after pregnancy. The cost of a tummy tuck depends on the techniques used.

As breastfeeding can lead to a loss of volume in the breasts, many women include a breast enhancement in their mummy makeover. This may be done using breast implants, with fat transfer, or a combination of both methods in a composite procedure.

Alternatively, some patients prefer a breast lift which restores their breasts with a perkier appearance without adding volume.

The third most common procedure that comprises a mummy makeover is liposuction. As weight gain is a common symptom of pregnancy, many women wish to liposuction the excess fat that they’ve gained, which is often difficult to get rid of with diet and exercise alone.

Is a Mummy Makeover Worth It?

Many women struggle with regaining their pre-pregnancy figure with lifestyle changes alone. Therefore, if you are longing for a more toned physique, a mummy makeover may be a worthwhile solution.

We highly recommend combining cosmetic procedures where possible, as it can be cost-effective and time-efficient for you since you will save up on certain costs and be able to combine the hospital and recovery time for all procedures.
