The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a popular cosmetic surgery that increases the volume of the buttocks through liposuction and fat transfer. Dr Omar Tillo, clinical director of the CREO clinic, is a key opinion leader of the BBL procedure, having developed a safe alternative to the traditional BBL (known as the BEST-F technique). Having performed the procedure hundreds of times, it has now become CREO Clinic’s signature treatment.
This article will give you an idea of what a Brazilian butt lift can cost at the CREO clinic in London.
How Much Does BBL Cost in London?
In general, the price of BBL surgery at the CREO clinic in London starts from £7,900. However, due to the bespoke nature of the treatment, the exact cost of BBL varies from patient to patient. From the number of areas requiring liposuction to the surgical complexity of the procedure, each patient has unique surgical needs that can affect the cost of the surgery. Therefore, you will receive the exact price of your surgery after a consultation with Dr Tillo.
What’s Included in the Price?
The price mentioned above is inclusive of anaesthetics, surgeon’s fees, nurses’s fees, use of the surgical facility, liposuction, fat transfer, compression garments, and up to three follow-up visits to the clinic.
Additional Brazilian Butt Lift Costs
Your surgeon will prescribe pain medication to help make your recovery process as comfortable as possible, which you will need to purchase yourself. If required, you can arrange PCR tests and chaperone services at an additional cost.
Furthermore, we will price any cosmetic treatments you choose to undergo in addition to a BBL separately.
BBL Costs in Other Locations
On average, prices for a Brazilian butt lift in the UK start from £6,250.
However, the price of BBL at the CREO clinic in London is reflective of Dr Tillo’s surgical expertise and the exclusive BEST-F technique that he uses to produce safe and natural-looking results, which requires additional machinery and time.
In contrast, the cost of having a BBL abroad in countries such as Mexico and Turkey can be as little as £2,700. However, such procedures are often carried out in unregulated settings and have gained notoriety for putting patients at risk, sometimes leading to fatal outcomes. At the Creo clinic, we often revise these procedures, which end up costing a lot more to the patient.
Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you choose a qualified and experienced surgeon if you wish to have a BBL procedure.
Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure
The BBL procedure usually takes between two to four hours and is performed under sedation or general anaesthesia. First, the surgeon performs liposuction on targeted areas of the body. It involves inserting a suction cannula through tiny incisions in the skin. Once extracted, your cosmetic surgeon will purify the fat cells and prepare them for injection. In the second stage of the procedure, the surgeon injects the fat cells into specific areas of the buttock to increase its volume and create the desired shape.
You will immediately notice an enhancement in your buttock following the surgery. However, over 3-6 months, your body will absorb 30-50% of the injected fat cells, which will result in a loss of volume.
However, the remaining fat cells will become a natural part of the buttock, thus providing a permanent enhancement. In addition, it may take up to 6 months before you can appreciate the final result of your surgery, by which time the residual swelling will have subsided.

BBL Combination Procedures
As well as enhancing their buttocks, many patients decide to contour other parts of their body to achieve their desired figure. For this reason, it’s common for patients to combine BBL with other cosmetic treatments for a more comprehensive transformation.
To achieve an hourglass figure, many patients have a tummy tuck in addition to a BBL. Also known as an abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck involves removing excess skin and fat from the abdomen, and in some cases tightening the muscles to give patients a flat stomach and a stronger core.
However, as the abdomen is at the front of the body and the buttock is at the back, performing the two procedures in one session is not advisable for your recovery process. Therefore, our surgeons perform a tummy tuck and BBL in two separate stages.
The exact price of a tummy tuck varies depending on a range of factors, including the type of tummy tuck you choose. In general, prices start from £7,500 for a mini tummy tuck and 9,900 for a full tummy tuck.
Another prominent feature of the hourglass figure is augmented breasts. Therefore, patients who want to enhance their breasts to achieve this aesthetic, also choose to undergo a breast augmentation.
At the CREO clinic, we perform breast augmentations using fat transfer, implants, and a complex technique known as composite breast augmentation. The latter provides the most natural result by combining both implants and fat transfer. The exact price of breast augmentation varies depending on the treatment option you choose. In general, prices start from £6,900.
As mentioned, liposuction is an essential part of the BBL procedure. For BBL, our surgeon typically performs liposuction around the abdomen, thighs, and flanks, which tend to accumulate excess fat. However, if you have more excess fat than is required for a BBL procedure that you wish to get rid of, our surgeon can contour multiple areas in the same session.
The price of additional liposuction treatments depends on the size of the areas being treated. In general, prices start from £3,900 for treating one small area of the body (such as the neck) and £4,500 for one large area.
Is Brazilian Butt Lift Worth It?
Brazilian Butt Lift is a highly sought cosmetic procedure that many patients consider worthwhile when performed by an experienced and qualified plastic surgeon. Its popularity stems from its natural method of using the body’s fat cells to provide long-lasting results and a natural enhancement. In addition, many patients feel confident about their decision to undergo the procedure at the CREO clinic due to the significantly safer BEST-F technique used by Dr Tillo.
