Marketing Manager & CQC Lead

Rachel Martin (BSc) is the Marketing Manager and CQC Governance Lead at CREO Clinic, where she plays a central role in marketing, communications with patients, operations, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the clinical team and senior leadership, Rachel ensures that CREOโ€™s services are marketed clearly and ethically with patients.

At CREO, Rachel brings a research-led patient-first approach into her work at CREO, supporting the development of a safe, inclusive, and transparent surgical service. She is responsible for producing all of CREOโ€™s marketing materials and ensures that the clinical team are recognised with the biggest names in plastic surgery. 

Rachel holds a First Class BSc in Psychology and previously spent over five years as a Research Assistant at Northumbria University, contributing to nationally recognised research across intellectual disability, autism, mental health, and healthcare workforce development. She has authored and co-authored more than twelve peer-reviewed publications and has worked with NHS services, government bodies, and social care organisations to support evidence-based, patient-centred practice.
