Rachel Martin (BSc) is the Marketing Manager and CQC Governance Lead at CREO Clinic, where she plays a central role in marketing, communications with patients, operations, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the clinical team and senior leadership, Rachel ensures that CREOโs services are marketed clearly and ethically with patients.
At CREO, Rachel brings a research-led patient-first approach into her work at CREO, supporting the development of a safe, inclusive, and transparent surgical service. She is responsible for producing all of CREOโs marketing materials and ensures that the clinical team are recognised with the biggest names in plastic surgery.
Rachel holds a First Class BSc in Psychology and previously spent over five years as a Research Assistant at Northumbria University, contributing to nationally recognised research across intellectual disability, autism, mental health, and healthcare workforce development. She has authored and co-authored more than twelve peer-reviewed publications and has worked with NHS services, government bodies, and social care organisations to support evidence-based, patient-centred practice.
